Intensive Training Schedule

 

Friday¡¯s 5-10pm: Tai chi, Special Forms (shaolin xiao hong quan) and Weapons Training (steel whip , long staff, spear and sword advanced).

San shou (Chinese kick boxing) sparing training.

 

Saturday¡¯s 2-7pm: Tai chi, Kung fu (weapons and form), Weapons Training (steel whip, long staff, spear and sword advanced).San shou and Self Defence

 

Sunday¡¯s (2-7pm): Tai chi, Kung fu, San shou, Self Defence

San shou (Chinese kickboxing: including punching, kicking, knee, elbow and throw techniques)

 

Self defence (qin na) seize and control, control body joint

Taking free and passively qin na

 

Initiatively qin na ,qin na for counterwork

 

Taking knife sills

 

 

Kung fu training includes traditional Shaolin forms and Shaolin weapons (Nunchaku, sword, long staff, spear, steal whip, etc)

 

 

Tai chi training includes 24 moves yang style Tai chi and Chi Kung (ba duan jin)

 

Chi Kung: Shaolin ba duan jin
