Intensive Training Schedule
Friday¡¯s 5-10pm: Tai chi, Special Forms (shaolin xiao hong quan) and Weapons Training (steel whip , long staff, spear and sword advanced). San shou (Chinese kick boxing) sparing training.
Saturday¡¯s 2-7pm: Tai chi, Kung fu (weapons and form), Weapons Training (steel whip, long staff, spear and sword advanced).San shou and Self Defence
Sunday¡¯s (2-7pm): Tai chi, Kung fu, San shou, Self Defence
